Online Layby

The Boho Shack provides their customers the option of starting a payment plan through the use of layby. A lay by is a contract between the customer and business where terms and conditions do apply.  There is no lay by available on sale items.

Terms and conditions

There is a minimum deposit of 30% for the first instalment . 

1. Fortnightly instalments must be made.
2. The Lay By is a 4 week contract where by the full balance is required within the period.
3. If the Lay By is terminated by either party all monies must be refunded and a termination fee will apply.
4. The termination fee is the 30% deposit.

Breaching of the Lay by contract could result in the termination of your Lay by with no refund of monies.
